I wanted to thank you for the excellent work completed by both SF Video and SB Digital on the Alcor DVD project. I can't put into words what it feels like to see the "online" version of a project. That feeling never gets old. In fact, the image quality seems to be superior even to the firewire output to my monitor that I have been viewing during post. It's razor sharp! Also, the menus are fantastic! The images are rock solid and exceeded my expectations. Great work!

I also want to thank everyone for accommodating all of my questions. Both SF Global Sourcing and SB Digital were able to answer all of my questions in detail and without delay. The prompt responses were greatly appreciated.

Aloha from Maui. Regarding your inquiry into my experiences with SF Global Sourcing, I have to give them nothing less than the highest recommendation. I've been doing business with them for 7-8 years, ordering large quantities of DVD's (previously VHS) CD's and recently small quantities of audio cassettes. I could not be any more satisfied with their products' quality and SF's personal service. I've found Stan Feinberg a pleasure to work with—even took him and his wife out for a Sunset Boat Cruise while they were here on vacation—and his associate Sue most capable when he has been busy.

Last year while in San Francisco I stopped by his office for the first time and found it much larger, and with more personnel, then I would have thought from their ad I see in the magazines. With their low prices—I previously used Vaughn Communication—I had the impression they were a tiny cost-cutting 'closet' operation. My visit changed that impression. SF Global Sourcing did DVD replication and printing for Microsoft who had up to 27 titles and 8,000 copies of each.  SF Global Sourcing got us check discs and label artwork very fast and then turnaround the project exceptionally quickly.  We did many projects of this nature and SF Global Sourcing always came through and made Score Marketing look good in Microsoft's eyes.
